Dr Hilary Dyer
Neurodevelopmental Disorders in children and young people, including Autism, ASD, Asperger’s, and Specific Learning Difficulties such as Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. Additionally Dr Dyer is able to offer assessments for children presenting with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, ADHD, Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.
Dr Dyer is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and has over 25 years experience in the field of Special Educational Needs, including over 10 years as a special school teacher, 10 years as a University Lecturer in SEN, and Teacher Education, and 7 years as an Independent Educational Psychologist.
Dr Dyer’s qualifications include a Professional Doctorate from Surrey University (2001) in Developmental and Educational Psychology, a Masters in SEN from the Open University, and a PCGE with Distinction.
